We strictly prohibit the posting of ads related to illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, stolen property, and any other items or services that violate the laws of Sri Lanka. We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates these rules without prior notice.

4. Platform Rights

Colombo Ads acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own the items listed, nor are we involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions on our platform.

5. Paid Advertisements (Top Ads)

Users may choose to purchase premium visibility for their ads ("Top Ads"). Payments made for these services are processed securely. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses our platform in any way.
